I just sent this e-mail to ABC about this newfound amazingness:

I love this show and I've only seen 1 episode so far. Is it still in its trial run?
I'd love to be considered as a contestant next season, please let me know what I can do to get on this show. Being on a wacky Japanese game show is pretty much my only goal in life.

Btw that's a fake game show they created for American audiences. Still.

LOL I wouldn't watch it, but the idea cracks me up. Apparently the contestants think they're going on a regular game show, but then when the lights come on, it's a Japanese audience and crazy Japanese game.

So actually, I don't know if you can request to go on it... Unless that secrecy was for the pilot only.

Ah, I missed the first episode so I didn't know that hahaha

Yeah I get the impression they don't want people who have a genuine interest in Japan, just regular Americans that may or may not like the country that much. But I figure it couldn't hurt to ask hehe.

YOU REALLY OUGHT TO WATCH IT, at least to see the crazy stuff they haveta do lol it's endlessly entertaining.
